Chews

The Chew is the most allround invention so far. As you can see on the photo, it can be used in different ways. I’ve experienced that even bad symptoms in the tongue can be alleviated alot by using the chew, with a fresh-mouth drop in it (when I was in USA I always used sugarfree breathsavers). And again, just the feeling of being able to do something about the symptoms yourself will help psychologically, and hopefully start a good circle.

Cutting off the tip of the chew will also make a small very effective piece of chewable rubber that you can “play” with in your mouth, letting it suck to your tongue, or just chewing on it. I especially used this little piece during the night.

The chew is made from rubber normally used for pacifiers, which pose no risk when used orally.

REMEMBER TO BOIL BEFORE USE

Manufacturing:
Buy a pacifier (the biggest you can get) and remove everything but the rubber. The plastic on these things is very hard so be careful!
Use a whole one or cut the tip of - just before it's widest point.
