Oh and forget me trying to find Andreas link...brain surgery and all kinda took away a bit of short term memory all I remember is that he's taking 600 mg of neurotin twice a day and doesn't feel any symptoms of BMS at all and is happy as a clam!! So cool.....then there's this Brad guy who after five years of normal BMS trauma found himself an oesteopath (sp?) and done went and cured himself. It came back and he done did it again....imagine that....people out there who had BMS living normally - way way cool and I wanna be too....but such is life. I'm kinda waiting on Brad's info he's gonna obtain and might try it - who knows _________________ Aloha/Bog,

I've tried:
Amitriptyline (horrible side effects, didn't help my BMS)
Neurontin (also horrible side effects for me, didn't help my BMS)
Clonazepam (!!!) I take .25mg in the evening, .25mg at bedtime, the burning goes away almost COMPLETELY for me, and I sleep very well. I only began the Clonazepam 'experience' September 2nd, 2008, so about 3 weeks now of very positive results.
(My BMS is of dental origin, possible nerve damage) _________________ Burning Mouth Syndrome

My sweet Angelani XOXOOOOOOOOOOO
I wrote to you a looong post and it did not "post" and I was soooo mad that I decided to do it later , but "later" I had surgery AGAIN and so - I am late, my buddy : ((( , sooo sorry - I know you would understand xoxox !!!
If you want to, you can send me PM your private e-mail, that way we can stay in touch indefinitely and without relying on this site .
As for our Andreas - as long as he is taking any meds , he is not free of BMS . just the symptoms BUT - hey , that is wonderful and fantastic !!! As long as I take my Klonopen I have no symptoms (knock the wood , knock, knock, knock), but I would never conceder myself BMS free till I would be able to live without meds (sigh...). I am though enormously grateful to heavenly merciful act of providing me with this med, and I really hope my dear Angel (any) that you will find help with osteopath because not only you will be pain free, but NATURAL WAY !!!!!
I have to stop writing : (((, because if I loose THIS post I will jump out of the window LOL !!!
LOVE YOUUUUUUU !!!!! Write me soon !!!! _________________ Aleksandra :) |
